THE BINANGONAN LEISURE AND RECREATIONAL PARK

Binangonan Leisure & Recreational Park is a high quality park-like environment around the Binangonan Calumpang Area. It is designed to cater the growing population of the Municipality and provide alternative Transit to the public. The Park envisions itself to be the next tourism hub in the East of Manila of the near future.

The Park promotes  a “by the bay restaurants”, mini hotels, sports and recreation centers, concert area, convention hall, mini rain forest, jogging and bicycle lane, fish sanctuary, and fishing decks to name a few.
We believe this proposal to be right for Binangonan and hugely beneficial as a tourism destination.

We are confident that this is a realistic proposal, which should attract hundreds of thousands of visitors to Binangonan every year.
The Concept Plan demonstrates that the Terminal and Park can be accommodated within approximately 3 hectares of reclaimed land in the area of Brgy. Calumpang. More information on the project's feasibility and the Concept Plan will be added as our proposals are developed further.


The SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Binangonan Leisure and Recreational Park
is a proposed 3 hectare reclaimation property
situated in Brgy. Calumpang along the Laguna
de Bay Area and adjacent to the Municipal Hall,
University of Rizal System Binangonan and the
new growth outside the town proper. Along the
scenic backdrop of the bay area and may well be
the interconnection end point of the C-6 coastal
road, the leisure park is designed to be a rest
and recreation district not only for Binangonan community but for the nearby towns and cities
and visitors alike. With it’s leisure activities and exciting environment, it offers the best site for corporate team building, family recreations and entertainment venue all packed up along with the joyride experience of Binangonan Ferry Ride to the Pasig River Going to Makati and Manila.

Rationale for the amenities erected inside the Park

Almost all the amenities of the park are income generating and capital investments are easily recoverable. The business establishments placed therein are also labor intensive as these will employ numerous residents from Binangonan. We should also consider that it will display and expose Binangonan History, Culture, Arts and Commerce as the Museum will attest to the purpose.

NEED FOR FUNDING

The Municipal Government cannot by itself fund a big project such as these. Numerous options can be used to generate the necessary funding:
1. Urgent request from the National Government more specifically the executive branch by way of R.A. 9401 otherwise known as Assistance and Rehabilitation Effort on the President’s Social Fund.
2. Syndicated funding out of the Country Wide Development fund from the Senators, Congressmen, the Provincial Government of Rizal, and the Municipality of Binangonan.
3. Loan from Banks.
4. Funding from private capital investors or a group of investors willing to finance the project on a build operate transfer scheme or any other business agreement agreed upon.
